Please complete the details below to apply for a TRADE DISPLAY or MARKET STALL at the 2025 Bell Show.

After we have received your online Application and we have received a copy of your Insurance Certificate, we will contact you via email to advise if your stall has been approved.

​

Stall Holders will be charged a site fee of $50.00 for a powered site. Unpowered sites are free.

Sites are available for Saturday (and Sunday if interested).

Saturday - set-up by 7am.  Pack up from 5pm.  (Optional arrangements to keep site open for extended hours)

There will be no parking or vehicle access where the stalls are set up after 7am (unless approved).

Please make sure you have arrangements in place for stock control as vehicle movement will be strictly limited.

Gate entry is $15 per day.  You may pay at the gate (cash only) or online through the Eventbrite portal.  Click here.
