Please complete the details below to apply for a TRADE DISPLAY or MARKET STALL at the 2025 Bell Show.

After we have received your online Application and we have received a copy of your Insurance Certificate, we will contact you via email to advise if your stall has been approved.

​

Stall Holders will be charged a site fee of $50.00 for the weekend.

Sites are available for Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday - set-up between 7am and 9am.  Pack up from 5pm, however you can remain trading into the night if you have your own lighters etc.  (Optional arrangements to keep site open for extended hours)

There will be no parking or vehicle access where the stalls are set up after 7am (unless approved).

Please make sure you have arrangements in place for stock control as vehicle movement will be strictly limited.
